They seem to be popular, especially among young people, and they promise the world with outrageous claims of all superpower, must go to you and how you crush the competition in your sport, and so on. </p>
<p>So a few questions:<br />

Is this energy &#8220;drinks really any good for you?<br />
Do they really increase your energy?<br />
You truly have a magic formula for energy?<br />
Will they help you lose weight? </p>
<p>First we look at what most of these energy drinks made in the rule. Most of them are just water with many fattening corn syrup high fructose, caffeine carbonic acid loaded, the amino acid taurine, and some B vitamins random thought for the show you, it&#8217;s something healthy about these concoctions thrown stuff. </p>
